This is an incredibly special event with the artist Antwane Lee coming from Chicago to perform this sunset ceremony. Lee's cosmogram sculpture is an homage to Native American culture. Join us to reflect on the connection between us and those who came before, as the setting sun is briefly held in the Ancestral Totem's bowl — a rare and remarkable photo opportunity. 5 miles outside Beatty on highway 374 heading towards the Eastern entrance to Death Valley National Park. Turn right on to Rhyolite Rd and then left onto the gravel road that leads to the Visitors Center that is visible from the road.
